hiya, no you can't get married again,in a register office in uk.you can only get married once at the same time.you can have a blessing .which a lot of people do.like if they get married abroad, and some of the family can't make it.then they come home and have a blessing with a few drinks/food after, your wedding in italy, you could have it on another day.you can still were your wedding dress, and have your bridesmaids in there dresses.just the same as your wedding day.and you invite all the people you want to come.xI am getting married to an Italian in a church in Italy - can I get married in a registry office in Britain to?
No. If you are already married you can't get married again. If your Italian ceremony is legal in Italy, it is recognised in the UK. You can have a vow renewal at a Registry Office or a blessing in a church if you so wish.

If you have any queries regarding a ceremony in the UK ask at your local registry office. I found mine to be very helpful.
I'm not sure if you can marry in a registry office but you would def be able to have some sort of ceremony.

My cousin married here in a hotel, and then had another service in Australia, with her husband's family.
Yes.
