Is there anywhere in SLC where a woman getting married inSLCtemplecan get a dress for $99 ? Or will cost more

Does anyone know where my younger sister who is getting married in the SLC LDS temple this July might be able to find a nice wedding dress for $99 in SLC? Or will most nice wedding dresses cost more than that price?Can anyone please tell me of some reasonable stores with reasonable prices for wedding dresses? Or websites we can look at from home?
