All those who said twice are correct! Cynthia is Julian's mom - however he was distracted by Yoko. Cynthia came in and found them naked together. He subsequently married Yoko, Beatles disbanded (many say because of Yoko's hold over John) and had Sean - stayed together until he was murdered outside the apartment where she still lives.
