How long do you have to live together to be considered common law married in Texas?

Well, it takes more than just living together. You would both have to ';hold yourselves out'; as a married couple. Meaning that everyone you do regular business with and interact with have the common belief that you live as a married couple. Two years is the minimum in time you would have to have spent in order to meet the definition of common law marriage.
