Getting married in Illinois will live in Wisconsin?

I just got engaged and my fiance and I live in Wisconsin. Is it going to be overcomplicated to get married in Illinois when we don't live there?Getting married in Illinois will live in Wisconsin?
Individuals who reside OUT Of state can only apply for a marriage license and marry in the state of Illinois if such a marriage would be legal in their own state.

In Illinois you must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Be of opposite sex

and not be blood relatives, with EXCEPTION made if you are over the age of 50, hence Illinois allows first cousins to marry.

Your licence must be obtained in the county you will be marrying, and is good 24 hours from being issued, up until 60 days later.Getting married in Illinois will live in Wisconsin?
Not at all. We live in Illinois and got married in Wisconsin. All you do is go to the courthouse in the county where you will be getting married and apply for the license. Check the county's websites for their hours and requirements...I think we had to apply for our marriage license 2 weeks in advance or something.
I wouldnt know, but fellow wisconsinite!!!! Wisconsin is awesome right?? I know! haha but yess it would probably be too much work with the legal issues. Why not try a city on the border? haha
