I live in the U.S. and although there are still some old laws on the books where someone who commits adultery can be charged with a felony (Michigan) have never heard of anyone getting prosecuted for it. Usually you have grounds for divorce (although isn't needed to get a divorce).





I have heard in other countries (such as Iran) where if the woman commits adultery she is stoned to death in public.What does the law allows to do with a married woman or man who had sex with another guy in ur country?
